Our employees can choose from medical, dental and vision plans; spending accounts; life insurance; disability insurance and a 401(K). Employees can also take advantage of an employee assistance program and time off with pay.


We offer competitive medical plans covering hospitalization, preventive care and office visits. We also offer vision plans covering eye exams, eyeglass lenses and frames, and contact lenses. Our dental plans cover preventive and basic services as well as major and orthodontic services. We also offer prescription drug coverage.

HSA and FSA Accounts

Participating employees can have control over how their money is spent, through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). An HSA is an individual account used to cover health-related expenses. All money in an HSA is the employee's to keep. Unused money in the account can be rolled over for future expenses, and the money is the employee's to keep even when leaving the company.

We also offer an FSA option, which allows tax breaks for money used to cover dependent care, commuter costs and some healthcare expenses.

Life and Disability Insurance

We offer Life/AD&D insurance, and employees can opt for supplemental life insurance. We also offer Short Term Disability (STD) and Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance.

401(K) Plan

Employees who participate in our 401(K) plan can have their contributions matched by the company. Employees can also defer earnings up to the annual IRS limit, and catch-up contributions are allowed for employees age 50 and over.

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

We offer an Employee Assistance Program with unlimited phone consultations and up to eight free office visits with a counseling professional. Employees can also get Work/Life Services, which include help with parenting, senior care, child care and pet assistance.
